There are new shortcut keys for basic things like eating and answering the phone, but again, you couldn't click on those things before? The game does run well on a laptop, so the portability factor might be appealing to some. It just feels like Sims 2.1 or something, having interactions and objects from some of the expansion packs. This game might be fine for someone who cannot think of motivations for a Sim, but the rest of us can make up our own direc.
