Killzone is a first-person and third-person shooter series of video games exclusively for Sony Computer Entertainment's (SCE) video game consoles. The main series and the PSP installment was developed by Guerilla Games, a subsidiary of SCE. Killlzone currently consists of six games spanning over the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4.

Killzone 3 climaxes with the door left tantalisingly open for further adventures – and Guerrilla Games has confirmed that there's 'ample opportunity' for a fourth instalment of the spectacular shooter series.'
